President Donald Trump took aim at Planned Parenthood Friday morning after the organization had a fundraiser planned for him at its headquarters in New York City for "women's healthcare".
The president did not mention a specific group, but in pair of tweets Friday morning he said the event was "hosted by some of the most disgusting men and women you've ever seen." His tweets prompted outrage from supporters.

"I think the Message you're sending by refusing to support Planned Parenthood is a pretty bad one," Trump wrote on Twitter. "Planned Parenthood is the premier women's health organization. Their work helps many, many people."
The Planned Parenthood website lists "services for women ages 21 to 74" including cancer treatment and STI testing treatment, birth control services, and HIV prevention programs. For men, it lists general health care services and HIV testing, as well testing to avoid HIV infection and treatment prevention of other sexually transmitted diseases.
A Planned Parenthood spokesperson said the event was for "community support and education purposes" was not to promote any political positions. Planned Parenthood says its services are legal and available to anyone regardless of their reproductive abilities.
"Planned Parenthood is grateful for President Trump's support," the spokesperson said in a statement. "This is not only a critical election year, but generic viagra from aurochem opportunity to make sure that every person has access to the comprehensive care they need."
The organization's president, Cecile Richards, thanked Trump for his "support" Planned Parenthood, calling it "unusual for presidents to come our organization for a fundraising event."

The White House did not respond to a request for comment on Trump's tweet and a spokesperson for Planned Parenthood, Dawn Laguens, tweeted about the president's tweet that day to say, "We do our best to keep out politics in our events."
